Papa Cares

To kick off Papa Murphy’s 2012 International Convention, franchise owners, vendor partners and PMI staff will join hearts and hands on the morning of September 24th to make a significant difference in the lives of four deserving Phoenix-area families.

This effort is made possible through Papa Murphy's partnership with the society of St. Vincent de Paul, an International non-profit organization dedicated to serving the poor. Our goal is to "serve with purpose" by putting smiles back on the faces of families that are in need of a helping hand. We can do this by making improvements to their homes through minor remodeling, decorating, yard work, replacing fixtures, and appliances in some cases. Our financial goal is $25,000 in cash and in-kind donations -- Contribute and watch our Love Grow!

Our great group of Arizona franchise owners is already collecting items on the families’ wish lists. Other Franchises have donated everything to redo a child's bedroom - Paint, bedding, dresser, etc. One of our vendors just donated 13 beds so that every member of these 4 families will have a new mattress and bed frame.

Three ways you can participate:
1. Make a financial donation online through St. Vincent de Paul’s website (below)
2. Make an in-kind donation of items needed.
3. Participate on Monday, September 24, 6 AM – 2 PM on location at one of our family's home.
Local contractors, including two (2) Papa Murphy's contracting partners, with the help of some local franchise owners, have started on structural repairs and mold removal, to create a safe environment for these special families.

To make a donation, please CLICK HERE where you’ll be taken to the charity’s Phoenix website. Next, follow these steps:

Select “Make a Financial Donation” part way down the page in the center.
On the next page, complete the donor/contact form.
In the “Comments” field, type “Papa Murphy’s.” This is very important and will ensure the donation is put toward our event.
Select “Internet” in response to the question “How did you hear about St. Vincent de Paul?”
Select “Home Makeovers” in the “Category” field.

100% of all funds raised by Papa's charity drive will go to our four (4) families for their home makeovers and in gift cards towards food and necessities.
